Dear Bill & volunteers,Thank you does not express my gratitude as fully as I would like. This is our 2nd year attending your camp at Quail Lake and not the last. It was wonderful.
My 7 yr. old son is severely disabled and does not have a lot that he enjoys in life. The speed boat and train were so great for him to try. I’ve never seen his smile so big as on that boat. He loved it so much!
Thank you for putting together such a wonderful program so that children like mine can have new and exciting experiences.
With thanks…

Dear Pals,
Our family wanted to thank you so much for Palisade Pals. This is the second year that we’ve gone. Our children talk about it all year long and can’t wait to go to the next one. What a blessing you are to our family.
Our son has Tourette Syndrome and Pervasive Developmental disorder and is very difficult to take out into public. But Palisade Pals is such a positive experience because there are others with similar struggles and it’s nice to know that they understand our struggles. We’ve sent our thank you notes to some of your contributors.
We really appreciate all your planning, time, efforts, money that you put into Palisade Pals. And your volunteers were so pleasant and helpful, especially “Happy Hoppie”. Tell them all “thank you” from us. We also appreciate your golf instructor who said that our boy is a “natural” at golf and encouraged us to pursue that with him, that it would be good therapy for him and would build his self-esteem and that he could become very good at it. We again appreciate you for blessing the lives of all these people that you render service to.
May God bless you.

Dear Wonderful People:
I would like to thank you for the wonderful time my daughter had last Saturday, August 9. She loved the horses best of all. She enjoyed playing with some little boys, (they had a little sister, 4 months old who had Downs Syndrome). I enjoyed visiting with the boys’ mom and the mom of a darling little boy with Downs.
I am amazed at the volunteers who were there to help. What a bunch of neat people. I was impressed with the boy scouts who were there to help.
Thanks again for having such big hearts!

Dear Pals,
Just wanted to let the Palisade Pals know how much our weekend with you means to our family. We feel like it’s a “reward” among the many of raising a handicapped child. People like you involved with Palisade Pals makes our job a little bit easier.
Thanks for caring.
